成人药学继续教育课程体系的重构探析——基于培养基层药学从业人员岗位胜任力的视角

摘要

基层药学从业人员是我国药品生产、经营与药学服务的关键执行者，他们的岗位胜任力会直接影响广大群众用药安全和基层医疗服务的质量。立足于健康中国战略和新世纪药学行业转型的要求，成人继续教育是基层药学从业人员学历提升的途径之一。本文以岗位胜任力为视角，以广州医科大学药学专升本教学改革为例，从培养目标、课程体系优化、教学模式创新和考核这四个维度进行课程体系的重构，融合线上线下教学、案例教学和沉浸式实践教学，最后构建了多元化考核方式。实践表明，该体系可以缩小继续教育与基层岗位需求的差距，提升药学从业人员的履职能力，可以为同类院校的教学改革提供借鉴。

Abstract

Pharmaceutical professionals at the grassroots level play a key role in drug production, distribution, and pharmaceutical services in China. Their competence directly affects public medication safety and the quality of primary healthcare services. To align with the Healthy China initiative and the pharmaceutical industry’s ongoing transformation, continuing education offers an important way to improve the qualifications of pharmaceutical professionals at the grassroots level. From a competency-based perspective, this article uses the pharmacy upgrade program (associate to bachelor’s degree) at Guangzhou Medical University as a case study. The curriculum was restructured around four areas: training objectives, curriculum design, teaching methods, and assessment. The reform integrates online and offline teaching, case-based learning, and immersive practical training, and establishes a diversified assessment system. Practice shows that this approach helps bridge the gap between continuing education and grassroots job requirements, thereby enhancing the professional competence of pharmaceutical professionals at the grassroots level. It can also serve as a reference for similar reforms in other institutions.
