数字化背景下民办高校青年教师教学能力提升路径探析

摘要

数字化转型背景下，提升民办高校青年教师教学能力势在必行。本文分析了民办高校青年教师的理念、素养、创新及评价方面存在的滞后与不足，指出其原因在于内生动力缺乏、培训针对性不强、激励机制滞后及环境受限。对此，提出更新理念、分层培训、搭建平台、健全教研、优化激励及强化自我赋能等策略，旨在通过内外联动破解青年教师教学能力不足的现实困境，打造高素质教师队伍。

Abstract

In the context of digital transformation, improving the teaching ability of young teachers in private universities is imperative. This article analyzes the lagging and shortcomings in the concepts, qualities, innovation, and evaluation of young teachers in private universities, pointing out that the reasons lie in the lack of internal motivation, insufficient targeted training, outdated incentive mechanisms, and limited environment. In response, it proposes strategies such as updating concepts, conducting tiered training, building platforms, improving teaching and research, optimizing incentives, and strengthening self-empowerment, aiming to address the current difficulties of inadequate teaching ability among young teachers through internal and external coordination, and to build a high-quality faculty team.
