甘孜红色文化融入高校思想政治教育的系统审视与提升对策研究

摘要

甘孜红色文化作为长征国家文化公园核心组成部分与民族地区红色资源典范，兼具革命传统与民族团结双重基因，是高校思想政治教育的优质育人资源。通过系统审视甘孜红色文化融入高校思想政治教育现状，发现当前融入实践虽在课堂教学、实践活动等方面取得初步成效，但仍存在资源整合不足、融入路径僵化、协同机制缺失、评价体系不完善等问题，尚未形成系统性融入格局。为推动甘孜红色文化从资源存量向育人增量转化，故从资源整合、路径创新、机制健全、评价完善四个维度提出系统性提升对策，为民族地区红色文化融入高校思想政治教育提供实践参考。

Abstract

As a core component of the National Cultural Park of the Long March and a model of red resources in ethnic regions, Ganzi's red culture embodies both revolutionary heritage and the dual gene of ethnic unity, serving as an excellent educational resource for ideological and political education in universities. By systematically examining the current integration of Ganzi's red culture into university ideological and political education, it is found that while preliminary achievements have been made in classroom teaching and practical activities, issues such as insufficient resource integration, rigid integration pathways, lack of collaborative mechanisms, and an incomplete evaluation system persist, preventing the formation of a systematic integration framework. To facilitate the transformation of Ganzi's red culture from a resource stock to an educational increment, systematic improvement strategies are proposed from four dimensions: resource integration, pathway innovation, mechanism refinement, and evaluation enhancement, providing practical references for integrating red culture from ethnic regions into university ideological and political education.
