摘 要:针对应急技术与管理专业课程存行业需求脱节、实践教学资源不足、评价方式单一等问题,本文以OBE理念为核心融合AI技术,构建了“能力-课程”映射体系,创新了“智能技术赋能”课程实施路径,优化了“政-校-企”协同课程动态机制。通过反向设计优化课程结构,利用数字孪生、AI等信息化手段辅助教学实施,并建立了政校企协同的动态优化机制。实践表明,该体系显著提升了学生的实战能力与隐性素养,为培养符合新质生产力发展要求的复合型人才提供了理论与实践支撑。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of disconnection from industrial demands, insufficient practical teaching resources and monotonous evaluation methods in the curriculum of Emergency Technology and Management major, this paper integrates AI technologies based on the OBE concept, constructs a "competency-curriculum" mapping system, innovates an intelligent-technology-empowered curriculum implementation path, and optimizes a dynamic curriculum mechanism of government-university-enterprise collaboration. The curriculum structure is optimized through backward design; information technologies such as digital twins and artificial intelligence are adopted to assist teaching practice; and a dynamic optimization mechanism based on government-university-enterprise collaboration is established. Practical results show that the proposed system significantly improves students’ practical capabilities and recessive literacy. It provides theoretical and practical support for cultivating interdisciplinary talents that meet the development requirements of new quality productive forces.
