新质生产力视域下深海装备人才培养体系研究

摘要

深海装备是经略深海、培育海洋新质生产力的核心硬件载体,自主可控、智能化、绿色化深海装备产业的高质量发展,高度依赖多层次、跨学科创新人才供给。新质生产力以科技创新为主导,融合数字技术、新材料、人工智能与深海工程等多学科,对深海装备人才的知识结构、创新能力、工程实践素养提出全新要求。当前我国深海装备人才培养存在学科交叉融合不充分、数字智能类课程供给相对滞后、全周期实践育人平台短缺、分层分类培养体系不完善等现实短板,难以匹配深海装备新质生产力发展需求。F理工大学立足新质生产力核心内涵,系统梳理现有培养体系存在的突出矛盾,构建新型人才培养体系,提出分层分类育人、跨学科课程集群、科教产用协同实训、数字孪生实践平台等落地路径,为支撑海洋强国战略、壮大深海领域新质人才队伍提供理论参考与实践方案。

Abstract

Deep-sea equipment serves as the core hardware carrier for exploring the deep sea and cultivating new high-quality marine productivity. The high-quality development of the deep-sea equipment industry—characterized by autonomy, controllability, intelligence, and green sustainability—strongly depends on the supply of multidisciplinary and cross-disciplinary innovation talents. New high-quality productivity is primarily driven by technological innovation, integrating digital technologies, new materials, artificial intelligence, and deep-sea engineering, among other disciplines. This imposes novel requirements on the knowledge structure, innovation capabilities, and engineering practice competencies of deep-sea equipment professionals. Currently, China's deep-sea equipment talent cultivation faces practical shortcomings, such as insufficient interdisciplinary integration, relatively lagging digital and intelligent course offerings, a lack of full-cycle practical education platforms, and an incomplete hierarchical and categorized training system, making it difficult to meet the demands of new high-quality productivity in the deep-sea equipment sector. F University, grounded in the core connotations of new high-quality productivity, systematically identifies prominent contradictions in the existing training system. It constructs a new talent cultivation framework, proposing hierarchical and categorized education, interdisciplinary course clusters, collaborative training in science, education, industry, and application, and digital twin practice platforms as actionable pathways. This provides theoretical references and practical solutions to support the strategy of building a maritime power and strengthen the new high-quality talent pool in the deep-sea field.
