上合示范区供应链国际化人才培养模式研究

摘要

本文旨在系统分析上合示范区供应链国际化人才的需求特征与现实缺口，构建适配区域发展需求的培养模式并探索实施路径。为此，采用文献研究与政策分析相结合的方法，系统梳理了上合示范区供应链产业的战略定位与发展态势，深入剖析当前人才培养的现状、困境与深层归因。研究发现，上合示范区供应链国际化人才需求呈现复合型知识结构、跨文化沟通能力、数字化技术素养与多边规则驾驭能力四维特征，而当前培养实践存在目标定位模糊、课程体系碎片化、产教融合浅层化、国际化资源整合不足等核心问题。据此构建了“三维四阶”培养模式，即以“专业能力-国际视野-数字素养”为三维能力目标，以“基础认知-专项实训-综合应用-国际拓展”为四阶递进路径。该模式的有效实现有赖于课程体系模块化重构、产教融合深度推进与多边合作平台系统化建设三者的协同发力，能够为上合示范区供应链国际化人才培养提供理论参照与实践指引。

Abstract

This paper analyzes demand traits and gaps of internationalized supply chain talents in SCODA, constructs a cultivation mode, and explores paths. Using literature and policy analysis, it reviews industrial positioning and trends, and examines current cultivation problems and causes. Demand has four traits: composite knowledge, cross-cultural communication, digital literacy, and rule proficiency. Current issues include vague objectives, fragmented curricula, shallow industry-education integration, and insufficient international resources. Thus, a "three-dimensional, four-stage" mode is built, with abilities (professional, international, digital) and stages (foundation, practice, application, expansion). Its realization relies on curriculum modularization, deep industry-education integration, and multilateral platform construction, offering theoretical and practical guidance for SCODA talent cultivation.
