台湾地区身心障碍学生考试调整服务及启示
Test Accommodations Services for Students with Disabilities in Taiwan Region and Its enlightenments
摘要
为了解我国台湾地区身心障碍学生考试调整服务概况，借鉴其成功经验，论文对台湾地区相关政策文本及研究进行了系统分析。研究发现，我国台湾地区身心障碍学生考试调整服务具有政策保障有力、对象涵盖范围广、组织系统规范、适用范围广、服务措施丰富等特点。为大陆地区完善特殊学生考试调整提供以下启示：加强特殊学生考试调整的制度建设；扩大考试调整服务对象范围；规范考试调整申请、申诉流程；建立以个别化教育计划为核心的考试调整服务系统；与时俱进，丰富考试调整服务措施。

Abstract
Abstract:In order to understand the overview of test accommodations services for students with disabilities in Taiwan, draw on its successful experience, this paper systematically analyzed relevant policy texts and research of Taiwan. It found that the test Accommodations services for students with disabilities in Taiwan had the characteristics of strong policy guarantees, wide coverage of objects, standardized organizational systems, wide applicability, and rich service measures. To provide the following reference for improving the test accommodations of special student in mainland China: strengthen the institutional construction of special student test accommodations; expand the scope of test accommodations service recipients; standardize the application and appeal process for test accommodations; Establish an test accommodations service system centered on individualized education programme; Keeping up with the times and enriching test accommodations service measures.
