摘要

学校体育评价体系是落实“健康第一”教育理念、促进学生体质健康和体育素养发展的重要制度工具。运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法，梳理我国学校体育评价体系的历史演进、现实困境与智慧化转型路径。研究认为，我国学校体育评价体系经历了救亡图存语境下的工具性评价、社会主义建设语境下的动员性评价和体质健康治理语境下的标准化评价三个阶段，评价价值取向逐步由国家治理转向学生发展。当前，学校体育评价仍存在评价目标应试化、测试数据与健康素养脱节、学生主体参与不足、评价反馈与教学改进衔接不畅等问题。未来应构建数据智能驱动的过程性健康促进评价范式，从制度设计、学校实施、技术支撑和风险治理等方面推动学校体育评价体系智慧化转型。

Abstract

The school sports evaluation system is an important institutional tool to implement the educational concept of "health first" and promote the development of students' physical health and physical literacy. Using the method of literature and logical analysis, this paper combs out the historical evolution, realistic predicament and intelligent transformation path of school sports evaluation system in China. It is concluded that the evaluation system of school sports in China has experienced three stages: instrumental evaluation in the context of saving the nation, mobilization evaluation in the context of socialist construction and standardization evaluation in the context of physical health governance. The evaluation value orientation gradually shifts from national governance to student development. At present, there are still some problems in school physical education evaluation, such as test-oriented evaluation objectives, disconnection between test data and health literacy, insufficient participation of students, poor connection between evaluation feedback and teaching improvement, etc. In the future, we should build a process health promotion evaluation paradigm driven by data intelligence, and promote the intelligent transformation of school sports evaluation system from the aspects of system design, school implementation, technical support and risk governance.
