摘要

在人类教育的长河中，教育家宛如璀璨星辰，以其独特的精神光辉照亮了教育前行的道路。从古代孔子周游列国、广育贤才，到近代蔡元培“兼容并包”革新北大教育理念，再到现代陶行知“生活即教育”的躬身践行，教育家们所秉持的精神成为了教育发展的核心动力与宝贵财富。历史是时代的缩影，时代是历史的延续。新时代教育家精神更需要创造性转化，创新性发展。从其价值来看，弘扬教育家精神是传承我国优秀传统师道文化的重要举措，是推进新时代教师队伍高质量发展的核心内容。新时代新征程，教育家精神更应该落实于“知情意行”，悟教育理念，怀仁爱之心，走新时代路，铸卓越教师。

Abstract

In the long history of human education, educators shine like brilliant stars, illuminating the path forward for education with their unique spiritual brilliance. From Confucius' travels through various states in ancient times to educate talents extensively, to Cai Yuanpei's "inclusion and tolerance" that revolutionized Peking University's educational philosophy in modern times, and to Tao Xingzhi's hands-on practice of "life is education" in contemporary times, the spirit upheld by educators has become the core driving force and valuable asset for the development of education. History is the epitome of the times, and the times are the continuation of history. The spirit of educators in the new era requires creative transformation and innovative development. In terms of its value, promoting the spirit of educators is an important measure to inherit China's excellent traditional teaching culture and the core content to advance the high-quality development of the teaching force in the new era. In the new era and on the new journey, the spirit of educators should be more focused on "cognition, emotion, will, and action", comprehending educational philosophy, embracing a loving heart, following the path of the new era, and fostering exceptional teachers.
