摘要

《求是》11.16号发表习近平总书记重要文章《以人口高质量发展支撑中国式现在化》。教育、科技、人才是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的基础性、战略性支撑，其中教育是基础，科技是关键，人才是根本。当前社会出生率下降，培养高质量的人才适用时代的需求。人口形势的变化也会对教育资源配置有一定的影响，我们应根据实际情况合理地配置教育资源，培养高质量的人才。本论文剖析当前人口形势变化特点，探讨学前教育、义务教育、流动儿童、留守儿童和高等教育对教育资源配置的影响，并提出针对性策略。旨在助力教育部门与学校适应人口动态，优化资源分配，维持教育事业稳健发展。

Abstract

On November 16, Qiushi published an important article by Xi Jinping titled "Supporting Chinese Modernization with High-Quality Population Development". Currently, the birth rate in society is declining, and cultivating high-quality talents meets the needs of the times. Changes in the population situation will also have a certain impact on the allocation of educational resources. We should allocate educational resources reasonably according to the actual situation to cultivate high-quality talents. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the current changes in the population situation, discusses the impacts of preschool education, compulsory education, migrant children, left-behind children and higher education on the allocation of educational resources, and puts forward targeted strategies. It aims to help educational departments and schools adapt to population dynamics, optimize resource allocation and maintain the steady development of the education cause.
