摘要

随着数字信息社会快速发展，线上社交已经成为民众开展人际交往、参与社会生活的重要途径。在国家推进信息无障碍建设的背景下，视障群体的出行、阅读辅助得到较多关注，但面向社交场景的智能辅助建设仍然相对滞后。为了解视障人群在社交活动当中对智能辅助工具的实际需求，本文采用文献法、问卷调查法、访谈法开展调研，分析视障群体线上、线下社交过程面临的现实困境以及现有智能辅助产品存在的短板。调研发现，视障群体在社交过程中存在视觉信息识别困难、社交软件无障碍适配不完善、缺少社交场景专属辅助功能、隐私安全存在隐患、社会支持不足等问题。基于调研结果，从产品功能迭代、平台无障碍改造、社会公益服务、用户技能支持、政策落地监督五个方面提出优化对策，以期改善视障人群社交参与条件，促进视障群体更好实现社会融入。

Abstract

With the rapid development of the digital information society, online social interaction has become an important means for the public to engage in interpersonal communication and participate in social life. Against the backdrop of national efforts to promote information accessibility, considerable attention has been given to travel and reading assistance for visually impaired people; however, the development of intelligent assistance tailored to social interaction scenarios remains relatively lagging. To understand the actual needs of visually impaired individuals for intelligent assistive tools in social activities, this study adopts literature review, questionnaire survey, in-depth interview, and product testing methods to investigate the practical difficulties faced by this group in both online and offline social processes, as well as the shortcomings of existing intelligent assistive products. The findings reveal that visually impaired people encounter multiple challenges in social interaction, including difficulties in recognizing visual information, inadequate accessibility adaptation of social software, lack of scenario‑specific assistive functions, privacy and security risks, and insufficient social support. Based on the results, improvement strategies are proposed from five aspects: product function iteration, platform accessibility enhancement, public welfare services, user skill support, and policy implementation supervision, with the aim of improving the conditions for social participation of visually impaired people and promoting their better integration into society.
