摘要

乡村振兴战略是新时代解决“三农”问题的重要举措，健康乡村建设作为其重要组成部分，对基层医疗人才的培养提出了更高要求。农村订单定向免费医学生的培养便是服务乡村振兴、发展基层医疗的重要安排。然而，当前部分免费医学生思想上存在职业规划意识淡薄、思想波动加剧等问题，加之高校思政教育存在同质化倾向，引导成效不足，直接影响了基层医疗人才的培养质量。高校作为免费医学生培养的核心主体，需立足乡村振兴与健康乡村建设的新形势、新需求，动态调整思想政治教育的方式方法，通过深化社会实践、加强职业规划指导、强化履约精神、精准调整教育方式等多元举措，激发学生的学习兴趣与基层服务热情，引导其将个人发展融入基层医疗事业实践，成长为优秀的基层医疗工作者。

Abstract

The Rural Revitalization Strategy is a key initiative to address the "three rural" issues in the new era. As its integral part, the Healthy Countryside Initiative raises higher requirements for grassroots medical talent training. Cultivating rural order‑oriented tuition‑free medical students is an important institutional arrangement for rural revitalization and grassroots medical care. Nevertheless, some tuition‑free medical students have weak career‑planning awareness and mounting ideological fluctuations. Homogenized ideological and political education with poor guidance effectiveness directly impairs grassroots medical talent training quality. As the core cultivating entity, colleges and universities should adapt to situation and demands of rural revitalization and the Healthy Countryside Initiative, dynamically adjust ideological‑political education approaches. Through measures deepening social practice, strengthening career‑planning guidance, fostering contract‑fulfillment spirit and fine‑tuning educational methods, universities can stimulate student learning interest and grassroots‑service enthusiasm, guide them to integrate personal development into grassroots medical undertakings and grow into outstanding grassroots medical workers.
