摘要

江西是我国红色法治文化的重要发祥地，留存大量红色法治旧址、革命法律文献、司法实践史料，承载人民司法的初心与精神内核，是习近平法治思想重要的历史溯源地。数字技术重塑文化生产与传播格局，为红色法治文化资源实现从静态保存走向活态传承提供全新契机。本文立足江西省红色法治文化资源禀赋，剖析数字化背景下资源整合、传播实践的现实基础与现实困境，阐释数字化赋能红色法治文化传承的多重价值意蕴，构建"资源整合+技术赋能+效能评估+产业保障"的数字化传播优化框架，提出针对性实践路径，助力"红色法治文化看江西"品牌建设，为全国红色法治文化数字化传承提供江西样本与理论参考。

Abstract

Jiangxi is an important birthplace of China’s red‑legal culture. It preserves a large number of red‑legal historic sites, revolutionary legal documents and judicial practice historical materials, embodying the original aspiration and spiritual core of people‑centered justice, and serving as a vital historical source for Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law. Digital technologies have reshaped the landscape of cultural production and communication, creating brand‑new opportunities for red‑legal cultural resources to shift from static preservation to living inheritance. Based on the endowments of red‑legal cultural resources in Jiangxi Province, this paper analyzes the realistic foundations and dilemmas of resource integration and communication practices under the digital context. It interprets the multi‑dimensional values of digital empowerment for the inheritance of red‑legal culture, constructs an optimized digital communication framework of “resource integration + technological empowerment + effectiveness evaluation + industrial support”, and puts forward targeted practical approaches. It contributes to building the brand of “Discover Red‑Legal Culture in Jiangxi” and provides Jiangxi’s experience and theoretical references for the digital inheritance of red‑legal culture nationwide.
