摘要

专业实践是体育专硕应用型人才培养的核心环节，科学的考核评价体系是保障实践育人质量的关键。当前地方高校体育专硕实践考核普遍存在重终结评定、轻过程培育、数字化赋能不足等问题。本文以成都大学体育学院为样本，基于过程性评价视角开展调研分析，发现体育专硕实践考核存在评价范式固化、数字化应用浅层化、多元评价协同不足等问题，主要源于平台功能滞后、协同制度缺失、实践场景适配难度较大。立足过程性评价核心内涵，从评价导向、考核指标、数字载体、协同机制、保障体系五个维度提出优化策略，助力地方高校体育专硕实践考核数字化、规范化发展，为同类院校人才培养改革提供参考。

Abstract

Professional practice serves as the core component in cultivating application-oriented talents of Master of Sports, and a scientific assessment system is critical to guarantee the quality of practical education. At present, the practical assessment for Master of Sports in local universities generally suffers from overemphasis on summative evaluation while neglecting process cultivation, together with insufficient digital empowerment. Taking the School of Physical Education of Chengdu University as a research sample, this paper conducts investigation and analysis from the perspective of process evaluation. It identifies prominent problems including rigid evaluation paradigm, superficial digital application and inadequate coordination of multi-source evaluation. Such problems mainly stem from backward platform functions, absence of collaborative institutions and difficulties in adapting to practical scenarios. Based on the core connotation of process evaluation, optimization strategies are put forward from five dimensions: evaluation orientation, assessment indicators, digital carriers, coordination mechanism and guarantee system. This research facilitates the digitalization and standardization of practical assessment for Master of Sports in local universities, and provides references for talent cultivation reform in similar institutions.
