摘要

职业决策困难是大学生向职场过渡阶段的核心挑战之一。本研究基于社会认知职业理论，构建“父母生涯支持-未来时间洞察力-职业决策困难”的中介模型。对553名中国大学生进行问卷调查，结果显示：（1）父母生涯支持负向预测职业决策困难；（2）未来时间洞察力在父母生涯支持与职业决策困难之间起显著中介作用。本研究深化了社会认知职业理论的情境-自我-认知-结果路径，为集体主义背景下父母生涯支持的作用机制提供了实证证据。研究结果对高校职业生涯教育和家庭干预具有重要实践启示。

Abstract

Career decision-making difficulties constitute an important developmental issue for university students during the transition from school to work. Drawing on Social Cognitive Career Theory and integrating Self-Determination Theory and Socioemotional Selectivity Theory, this study constructed a mediation model linking parental career support, future time perspective, and career decision-making difficulties. A convenience sample of 553 Chinese university students completed a questionnaire survey, and the data were analyzed using SPSS 30.0 and the PROCESS macro. The results showed that: (1) parental career support significantly and negatively predicted career decision-making difficulties; (2) parental career support significantly and positively predicted future time perspective, whereas future time perspective significantly and negatively predicted career decision-making difficulties; and (3) future time perspective partially mediated the relationship between parental career support and career decision-making difficulties, with an indirect effect of −0.2525, 95% CI [−0.3100, −0.2048]. These findings suggest that family contextual support is not only directly associated with university students’ career decision-making difficulties, but may also operate through individuals’ representations of future goals and perceptions of time. The findings provide implications for career education in universities and for family-based career support.
