数字赋能视角下乡村肉牛产业创新发展路径探索

摘要

产业振兴是全面推进乡村振兴的核心基石。针对传统肉牛养殖粗放经营、疫病防控薄弱、产业链附加值偏低等突出问题，本文以智慧养牛模式为切入点，剖析乡村肉牛产业现代化转型面临的技术应用滞后、产业组织松散、复合型人才短缺、生态约束趋紧四重困境。研究发现，破解上述困境需以数字技术贯通养殖、加工、销售全链条；据此提出“数字赋能+产业筑基+人才培育+生态共生”四位一体发展路径，协同推进产业组织再造、本土人才培育与绿色循环发展，进而促进农民增收、保障食品安全、带动乡村就业，以期为同类地区特色种养产业数字化转型提供可借鉴的实践样本。

Abstract

Industrial revitalization is the core foundation for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization. Traditional beef cattle farming generally faces problems such as extensive operation, weak epidemic prevention, and low value-added industrial chains. Digital technology empowers modern agriculture and offers a new pathway for the transformation and upgrading of the livestock industry. Based on the strategic requirements of rural revitalization, this paper reviews domestic and international progress in the digitalization of rural industries and smart agriculture. Taking the smart cattle farming model as a case study, it analyzes the fourfold dilemmas facing the modernization of the rural beef cattle industry, namely lagging technological application, loose industrial organization, shortage of compound talents, and tightening ecological constraints, and proposes a "four-in-one" development path of "digital empowerment + industrial foundation building + talent cultivation + ecological symbiosis." It further envisions the expected outcomes in promoting farmers’ income growth, ensuring food safety, and expanding rural employment, with a view to providing theoretical support and practical reference for the digital transformation of the rural beef cattle industry.
