五育并举视域下成都市小学体育课实践研究

摘要

五育并举是新时代基础教育落实立德树人根本任务的重要理念。“五育并举”的理念下，小学体育课不只是完成身体锻炼、学习技能的任务，而且具有了立德、启智、育美、促劳的综合育人功能。近些年来，成都市不断推进体教融合、学校体育改善以及校园运动空间更新工作，给小学体育课由“技能训练课”转变为“综合育人课”赋予了操作根基。本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法和案例分析法，在梳理出“五育并举”与体育课程核心素养的关系之后，分析了成都市小学体育课实践中的目标融合不深、课堂结构单一、资源利用不足、评价方式狭窄等现象，并提出了以核心素养为指导思想、以“学练赛评”一体化为主线、以校本特色项目为载体、以过程性评价为保障的实践途径。经过研究得出结论，在保证运动负荷和技能学习质量的基础上，把德育、智育、美育、劳动教育融入到体育教学的各个环节之中去，使学生在参加体育活动的过程中得到身心的发展、品格的培养以及综合能力的提高。

Abstract

Integrated development of five education is an important concept for implementing the fundamental task of cultivating virtue in basic education in the new era. Under the concept of integrated development of five education, physical education in primary schools is not only a task of physical exercise and skill learning, but also has comprehensive educational functions of cultivating virtue, promoting intelligence, developing aesthetics, and promoting labor. In recent years, Chengdu has continuously promoted the integration of sports and education, the improvement of school sports, and the renewal of campus sports spaces, providing operational foundations for transforming physical education in primary schools from a "skill training class" to a "comprehensive educational class". This paper adopts the methods of literature review, logical analysis, and case analysis, after clarifying the relationship between integrated development of five education and the core competencies of physical education courses, analyzes the phenomena such as insufficient integration of goals, single classroom structure, insufficient resource utilization, and narrow evaluation methods in the practice of physical education in primary schools in Chengdu, and proposes a practical approach guided by core competencies, with "learning, training, competition, and evaluation" as the main line, using school-based characteristic projects as the carrier, and process evaluation as the guarantee. After the research, the conclusion is drawn that, on the basis of ensuring the exercise load and the quality of skill learning, integrating moral education, intellectual education, aesthetic education, and labor education into all aspects of physical education teaching can enable students to develop physically and mentally, cultivate character, and improve comprehensive abilities in the process of participating in sports activities.
