摘要

传统村落的文化景观保护与活化利用，是乡村振兴战略实施中的重要议题。昆明市海晏村作为环滇池流域首个市级历史村镇，面临着生态保护红线与历史文化遗产保护的双重约束。本研究基于海晏村独特的“山—村—古渡口—河—湖—田”空间格局与“一颗印”民居风貌，探讨在“双限”条件下建设艺术文化体验园的景观设计策略。研究提出“轻介入、重体验、续文脉”的设计原则，从文化基因提取与空间转译、景观叙事与沉浸式体验建构、在地材料运用与场所营造、生态韧性提升与基础设施优化四个维度展开，探索文化遗产活化与生态空间修复协同共生的设计路径，旨在为同类传统村落的保护性开发提供理论参照与实践启示。

Abstract

The protection and revitalization of cultural landscapes in traditional villages is an important issue in implementing the rural revitalization strategy. Haiyan Village in Kunming, as the first municipal-level historic village in the Dianchi Lake Basin, faces dual constraints of ecological protection redlines and historic cultural heritage preservation. This study, based on Haiyan Village’s unique 'mountain–village–ancient ferry–river–lake–field' spatial pattern and the distinctive 'One Seal' style of its residential houses, explores landscape design strategies for building an art and cultural experience park under these dual constraints. The study proposes the design principle of 'light intervention, heavy experience, and continuing cultural context,' and approaches the design from four dimensions: extracting cultural genes and translating them into space, constructing landscape narratives and immersive experiences, using local materials and creating a sense of place, and enhancing ecological resilience while optimizing infrastructure. It seeks to explore design paths where cultural heritage revitalization and ecological space restoration coexist, aiming to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the protective development of similar traditional villages.
