高职专业课程的思政建设,存在思政元素和专业内容不贴合、实训环节未融入思政内容等问题,本文选取《铁路桥隧养护维修》课程作为研究对象,搭建起“岗课赛证云”五位一体的协同育人模型。研究工作围绕职业伦理、工匠精神、家国情怀三个方向,挖掘课程中的思政元素,建立“岗课赛证”与思政内容的对应关联。借助Coze平台搭建多智能体框架,给每个智能体设置不同的思政相关功能,依托“情境代入、决策推演、反思升华”的运作方式,让思政元素自然融入课程内容。通过实践表明,这套模式提升了学生的思政素养与专业技能,为高职专业课程思政的智能化转型提供了可参考的实践案例。

The integration of ideological and political education (IPE) into higher vocational professional courses often faces challenges, such as the misalignment between IPE elements and professional content, as well as the absence of IPE integration in practical training sessions. Addressing these issues, this study selects the course Maintenance and Repair of Railway Bridges and Tunnels as the research object and constructs a collaborative educational model based on the "Five-in-One" framework of "Job-Course-Competition-Certificate-Cloud." The research focuses on three key dimensions: professional ethics, craftsmanship spirit, and patriotism. It systematically excavates IPE elements within the curriculum and establishes explicit correlations between the "Job-Course-Competition-Certificate" components and IPE content. Furthermore, by leveraging the Coze platform to build a multi-agent framework, distinct IPE-related functions are assigned to individual agents. Through an operational mechanism characterized by "situational immersion, decision-making deduction, and reflective sublimation," IPE elements are seamlessly integrated into the course content. Practical implementation demonstrates that this model effectively enhances students' ideological literacy and professional skills, providing a reference case for the intelligent transformation of IPE in higher vocational professional courses.
