产教融合视域下体育专硕双导师协同育人机制创新与实践路径研究

摘要

在产教融合与专业学位研究生教育分类发展的政策背景下，体育专硕人才培养更加突出实践能力与职业胜任力的提升，双导师制是实现这一目标的重要制度安排。校内导师负责理论体系构建与学术规范指导，校外行业导师聚焦体育教学、运动训练、赛事运营等一线实践能力培养，二者协同能够有效破解理论学习与实践应用脱节、人才培养与行业需求错位的问题。但在实际运行中，体育专硕双导师制仍面临现实困境：校外导师受本职工作限制，指导投入不足、参与过程碎片化；校内外导师缺乏稳定协同机制，分工不清、衔接不畅；导师管理、考核与激励机制不完善，制度运行偏形式化。基于此，本文以产教融合为视角，从遴选、培养、考核等环节构建双导师协同育人机制，并针对现存困境提出优化路径，旨在推动双导师制真正落地见效，提升体育专硕培养质量，增强毕业生岗位适应能力与行业竞争力。

Abstract

Against the policy backdrop of industry-education integration and the categorized development of professional postgraduate education, the training of Professional Masters of Physical Education lays greater emphasis on improving students’ practical capabilities and professional competence. The dual-mentor system serves as a vital institutional arrangement to achieve this goal. On-campus mentors are responsible for constructing theoretical frameworks and guiding academic norms, while off-campus industrial mentors focus on cultivating frontline practical abilities such as physical education teaching, sports training and event operation. The collaboration between the two groups can effectively resolve the disconnection between theoretical learning and practical application, as well as the mismatch between talent training and industrial demands. Nevertheless, in practical implementation, the dual-mentor system for Professional Masters of Physical Education still confronts realistic dilemmas. Restricted by their regular jobs, off-campus mentors lack sufficient guidance input and their participation remains fragmented. There lacks a stable coordination mechanism between on-campus and off-campus mentors, resulting in ambiguous division of responsibilities and poor communication. Furthermore, imperfect mechanisms for mentor selection, assessment and incentives lead to formalized institutional operation. From the perspective of industry-education integration, this paper constructs a dual-mentor collaborative education mechanism covering mentor selection, training, assessment and other links, and puts forward optimization paths targeting existing difficulties. It aims to advance the effective implementation of the dual-mentor system, improve the training quality of Professional Masters of Physical Education, and strengthen graduates’ post adaptability and industrial competitiveness.
