摘要

农旅融合是拓宽农户增收渠道、助推乡村共同富裕的核心路径，数字经济是激活农旅融合增收潜力的关键赋能载体。基于全国省域 2011—2023 年面板数据，本文依托产业融合、数字经济相关理论，从产业关联、社会效应、融合新业态构建综合指标。研究发现，农旅融合能够显著提升农村居民人均可支配收入；农村互联网普及率对农旅融合的增收效应具有正向调节作用，可以进一步放大农旅融合的富民效果。作用机制层面，农旅融合通过推动农业产业结构升级、提高土地流转水平两条路径带动农户增收；异质性结果显示，农旅融合增收作用在对外开放程度偏低、财政支农力度更强的地区更为显著。本文更换核心测算指标、增加控制变量、滞后收入变量开展稳健检验以保证结论可靠。据此建议完善乡村数字基础设施，搭建农旅利益共享机制，实施差异化财政扶持政策，充分释放数字赋能农旅融合的富民作用，推动乡村产业持续高质量发展。

Abstract

Agriculture tourism integration serves as a core path to broaden farmers’ income sources and promote common prosperity in rural areas, and digital economy acts as a critical enabling carrier to unlock its income increasing potential. Based on the provincial level panel data of China from 2011 to 2023, this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index for agriculture tourism integration from three dimensions: industrial correlation, social effect and integrated new business forms, drawing on theories of industrial integration and digital economy. The study finds that agriculture tourism integration can significantly raise rural residents’ per capita disposable income. The penetration rate of rural internet exerts a positive moderating effect, which amplifies the income boosting effect of agriculture tourism integration. In terms of mechanism, agriculture tourism integration improves farmers’ income by promoting the upgrading of rural industrial structure and increasing the level of land circulation. This paper adopts replacement of core measurement indicators and lagged dependent variable to carry out robustness tests to ensure the reliability of conclusions. Accordingly, suggestions are put forward to improve rural digital infrastructure, build benefit sharing mechanisms for agriculture tourism projects, and give full play to the income increasing effect of digitally enabled agriculture tourism integration for high quality development of rural industries.
