摘要

This paper is about how old people can find ways to use digital health, which is hard because there is a digital divide that grows every day. Since the number of aged persons is becoming more, it is important to think about their health more than before. This study says that training people in technology, social support, and a different way of thinking when making designs can be useful for seniors. Old people can use digital health better if they know how and if they are not afraid, so that is why training and community help are important. When there are systems that support older adults, then they can feel like they can use technology more. Also, it is needed to have technology made for older adults because if it is not easy for them, they will not use it. Some examples are there, such as "Healthy China Action" and "Senior Tech" in the U.S., which show that when these things are done, they can help. In the end, there should be work done together by different groups-making new things, government rules, and community help-to let older people use digital health and get better lives.
